Policies


  • All transactions will be conducted in European currency, Euro.
  • Tours offered on this website will either have a "Pay on the Day" or a Pre-Payment schedule.
  • With our "Pay on the Day" payment schedule full payment for tours is made at the time of check-in by cash.
  • Tours on a Pre-Paid payment schedule will be paid at the time of booking. The payment is made via SWIFT transfer after sending an invoice by fax or e-mail. As soon as we receive your payment we send you a confirmation with tour details. Just print it off and present it on the day.
  • Rates being established according to the current economic situation can also be modified according to it.
  • If we cannot reach you via email or phone numbers provided, your reservation will be considered incomplete and cancelled.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure you are in correct pick up location at correct time as stated on your confirmation form (we ask that you be ready 10 minutes before pick-up time).
  • Duration of tour hours based on approximation.
  • Tours may include some element of risk. We assume no liability for injuries. DeLor cannot be considered responsible in the event of accidents, wounds, the loss or the theft of objects and the possible delays. In case of neglect of personals effects or luggage in the vehicle, the responsibility of the Company cannot be engaged, and their restoration cannot be guaranteed. In the case of possible delay of a customer, DeLor cannot put in danger the good progress of the tour waiting for him.
  • If the traveller takes the decision to interrupt an excursion in which he participates, no refund will be able to be made.
  • No smoking, drinking or eating in tour vehicles.
  • Tour guide gratuity at passengers discretion and not included.
  • Please read your confirmation clearly to ensure you have entered the correct date you wish to conduct the tour/activity or show.
  • Orders placed and subsequently cancelled prior to 24 hours before tour date receive a Euro 20 per person, non negotiable, non refundable administration fee.
  • For orders being cancelled under a 24 hours delay, no refund will be able to be made to the customer.

  • All prices and availability will be confirmed to you within 24 hours of your order. Any unforeseen changes in price or availability will be advised in your confirmation (this rarely happens, but, we need to clarify this issue).
  • We have guaranteed departures. Once you receive your confirmation you are set! We do reserve the right to alter, modify or cancel a tour due to bad weather, unsafe conditions or at the request of governmental, park, & state agencies. Your payment will be returned if we must cancel a tour.
