People thought up a lot of legends in an attempt to cognize the human origin. All these legends have much in common. Ancient people identify the Earth as a breather, they believed that it drinks rainwater, shakes in the time of earthquake, falls asleep in autumn, wakes up in spring and what is more, it gives birth to the whole creation. Also people called grass, shrubs and tree the hair of the Earth, rocks were considered to be bones, rivers considered to be blood and roots – to be veins.

Japanese scientists- naturopaths are sure that man should spend not less than 200-240 hours in a forest to be healthy and these hours must be even distributed to all days of a year. The forest elates us. How? The forest generates ions that are responsible for good mood and volatile production that exterminate harmful microbes and fungi.

As if it has a living soul. Often it happens that people feel at home in a forest. Why? It all lies in a nutshell, a man as a biological species came from forest. He has accommodated to this habitat. And isn’t ancient instinct or homesickness asking us to come.
